Take no responsibility of items on transportation from courier services but will honour items collected by ( Audio Upgrade's personal collection service ) we do strongly advise customers to download 3 to 4 dimensional JPEG/ PNG images of their items for proof of condition and peace of mind with regards to any claims of damage in the case of unfortunate incidents .

Please apply legible printing and appropriate writing for identification as of required on packaged items, this gives courier services less problems when locating addresses when sending to
